Sets information about a volume as a whole.

A pointer to a parameter block
The relevant fields of the parameter block are:
On input, a pointer to a completion routine.
On output, the result code of the function.
On input, the volume whose information is to be changed.
On input, which volume info fields to set. The following fields may be set:
On input, the new values of volume info fields. See FSVolumeInfo for more information about these fields.
To set information about the root directory of a volume, use FSSetCatalogInfo.
Supported in Carbon. Available in Mac OS 9, and later when Carbon 1.0.2 or later is present.
